About DigiPath AI

DigiPath AI (Life Scanners HealthCare Pvt. Ltd) builds AI-powered cancer screening technology — including VELscope Vx and DNA Ploidy analysis — to make early detection of oral and cervical cancer faster, more accessible, and more accurate. This is the highest-leverage role in our campaign: you'll be the bridge between our screening technology and the clinicians who validate it publicly.

About the Role

We're looking for a part-time KOL & Community Manager to build and grow our network of dental and oncology key opinion leaders — from first outreach to active public advocacy. You'll own the relationship pipeline, coordinate KOL-facing events, and turn those relationships into testimonials, case studies, and conference visibility. Ideal for a medical affairs or KOL management professional wanting versatile consulting work alongside their main role.

What You'll Own

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Life Sciences, Healthcare, or a related field
- 5+ years as a Senior Medical Representative, in Medical Affairs, or in KOL management
- KOL Relationship Pipeline: Build and maintain a relationship pipeline of 15–20 dental/oncology KOLs, from cold outreach through to active advocacy.
- Webinars & Panels: Plan and run a quarterly webinar or panel featuring a KOL, end to end — selection, content alignment, logistics, and follow-up.
- Testimonials & Case Studies: Collect testimonials and case studies from engaged KOLs that can be used across marketing and sales.
- Conference Presence: Coordinate DigiPath AI's presence at dental and oncology conferences, aligning KOL engagement with on-ground visibility.




- Compliant Engagement: Navigate compliance considerations when working with clinicians on promotional or public-facing content.

What We're Looking For

- Bachelor's or master's degree in Life Sciences, Healthcare, or a related field
- 5+ years as a Senior Medical Representative, in Medical Affairs, or in KOL management
- Relevant Experience: Background in medical affairs, KOL management, or a similar clinician-facing relationship role.
- Relationship-Building Track Record: A demonstrated ability to take a KOL relationship from cold outreach to active advocacy.
- Domain Network: An existing network in dental oncology or cytopathology, or a clear plan for building one.
- Event Coordination: Experience organizing a clinician webinar or panel from concept through execution.
- Compliance Awareness: Working knowledge of compliance considerations when engaging clinicians on promotional content.
- Stakeholder Communication: Confident, persuasive communication style suited to engaging senior doctors and department heads.
- Availability: Able to commit a reliable 10–12 hours/week, with flexibility for occasional conference travel.

Nice to Have

- Experience as a Senior Medical Representative or similar pharma/medtech field role
- Existing relationships with Indian Dental Association or oral/maxillofacial pathology speaker communities
- Experience with medical affairs professional societies or consulting networks
- Experience co-creating evidence-based marketing content with clinician input

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
