Job Title: Faculty – Marketing

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver engaging lectures in Marketing and related management subjects.
- Develop course content, lesson plans, case studies, and assessments.
- Use practical, industry-oriented, and technology-enabled teaching methods.
- Mentor students on academic projects, internships, and presentations.
- Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback.
- Participate in curriculum development, workshops, seminars, and academic activities.
- Contribute to research, publications, and industry engagement.

Qualifications

- Ph.D./Master’s degree in Marketing, Management, Business Administration, or a relevant discipline.
- Minimum 55% marks or equivalent,



as per applicable UGC norms.
- 5 years of teaching experience in Marketing/Management is preferred.

Preferred Skills

- Strong knowledge of Marketing concepts and current industry trends.
- Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
- Knowledge of Digital Marketing, Marketing Analytics, Consumer Behaviour, Brand Management, and Social Media Marketing.
- Solid student mentoring and presentation skills.

Pay: Up to ₹80,000.00 per month
