- Handle incoming enquiries and orders for surgical products from hospitals and customers.
- Explain product details, specifications, pricing, and availability to customers.
- Prepare quotations, sales orders, invoices, and other required documents.
- Follow up with customers regarding quotations, orders, and payments.
- Coordinate with the warehouse and delivery team to ensure timely dispatch.
- Maintain accurate customer records, sales data, and order status.
- Support field sales staff by providing product and pricing information.
- Handle customer complaints and coordinate for quick resolution.
- Follow up with existing customers and identify opportunities for repeat orders.

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: ₹11,500.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
