PURCHASE & LOGISTICS EXECUTIVE

Qualification: B.E./B.Tech in Electrical Engineering – Mandatory

JOB SUMMARY

We are looking for a Purchase & Logistics Executive to support procurement and logistics activities for Solar EPC, Rooftop, Open Access and BESS projects.

This is an ideal opportunity for a fresher with an Electrical Engineering background who has strong technical fundamentals and is interested in procurement, vendor coordination and solar project logistics.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Assist in sourcing and procurement of modules, inverters, structures, cables, transformers, BESS and BOS materials.
- Read and understand Electrical SLDs and BOMs.
- Support validation of DC and AC side material requirements.
- Coordinate with vendors, manufacturers and distributors.
- Assist in obtaining quotations and comparing commercial offers.
- Support price and payment-term negotiations.
- Coordinate material dispatch and delivery to project sites.
- Assist with material verification and documentation.
- Coordinate with the engineering team regarding BOQ/MRP requirements.
- Maintain purchase,



vendor and logistics records in ERP/Excel.
- Support compliance tracking including ALMM and BIS requirements.
- Visit vendors and project sites as required.

REQUIREMENTS

- B.E./B.Tech in Electrical Engineering is mandatory.
- Fresher to 1 year of experience.
- Strong technical understanding of Electrical SLDs and BOMs.
- Basic understanding of DC and AC electrical components.
- Strong interest in Solar EPC procurement and logistics.
- Good communication, coordination and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel; ERP knowledge is an advantage.
- Willingness to travel to vendor and project sites.
- Robust learning ability and attention to detail.
