Core Responsibilities

- Financial Strategy: Partner with executive leadership to build long-term growth plans, manage capital allocation, and optimize profitability. [1]
- Financial Reporting: Oversee general ledger, profit and loss (P&L;) statements, and timely monthly, quarterly, or annual financial statements. [1, 2]
- Budgeting and Forecasting: Drive annual budgets, cash flow projections, and variance analysis comparing actual spend to targets. [1]
- Compliance and Governance: Manage internal and external audits, enforce internal financial controls, and ensure adherence to local tax and statutory laws. [1]
- Team Leadership: Hire, train,



and supervise accounting and finance staff while building high-performing operational units. [1]

Qualifications and Skills

- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business; qualified certifications like a Chartered Accountant (CA) or MBA in Finance are typically required.
- Experience: 12 to 15 years of progressive finance leadership experience, often with multi-unit or corporate operational exposure.
- Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in financial modeling, ERP systems (like SAP or Oracle), and Excel.
- Soft Skills: Strong strategic communication, stakeholder management, and high ethical integrity.
- The industry ( Real Estate Industry Experience Required )

Pay: ₹1,200,000.00 - ₹2,500,000.00 per year
