We are looking for a dynamic Recruitment Manager to manage end-to-end hiring and support business growth by sourcing quality talent across various domains for our Chennai location.

Location: 1st and 9th floor, Temple Tower. 672, Anna Salai, Nandanam, Chennai -600035

Key Responsibilities:

- The Recruitment Manager will lead talent acquisition initiatives to support the organization's growth across Real Estate Accounting Services, Software Services, Quality Assurance, Strategic Sourcing, and Client Engagement functions.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals
- Screen and shortlist profiles based on job requirements
- Lead, coach, and mentor the recruitment team
- Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates and hiring managers
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection,



and onboarding coordination.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and ensure timely closures
- Build a robust pipeline for ongoing and future hiring needs
- Track and report recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and quality-of-hire.
- 5-10 years of recruitment experience, with at least 2-3 years in a leadership role.

Key Skills Required:

- Experience hiring for Accounting, Finance, Technology, Procurement, or Professional Services environments.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good understanding of sourcing strategies
- Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously
- Proactive and target-driven approach
