Job Summary

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented accountant intern to join our accounts & finance team. This role is suitable for freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience who want to build practical knowledge in accounting, bookkeeping, documentation, and financial operations.

Key Responsibilities: -

- Assist in day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping activities
- Maintain and update purchase, sales, expenses, and payment records
- Assist with invoice preparation, verification, and filing
- Record financial transactions accurately in Tally/accounting software
- Maintain proper documentation of bills, vouchers, receipts, and invoices
- Assist the senior accountant in bank reconciliation and ledger maintenance
- Support the team in preparing basic MIS and accounting reports
- Assist with accounts payable and receivable activities
- Check and organize financial documents for proper record keeping




- Perform data entry and Excel-based accounting tasks
- Coordinate with other departments for required bills and supporting documents

Required Skills: -

- Basic understanding of accounting principles
- Knowledge of Tally Prime is preferred
- Basic to intermediate MS Excel knowledge
- Good understanding of Debit & Credit
- Basic knowledge of journal, ledger, cash book, and bank reconciliation
- Good numerical and analytical ability
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Good communication and willingness to learn
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of financial information

Educational Qualification

- B.Com / M.Com / BBA (Finance) or equivalent
- Freshers are welcome to apply
