Responsibilities:
* Generate recent leads through calls, references, walk-ins and field activities.
* Handle inquiries and understand clients’ commercial property requirements.
* Present and explain Shoplaza’s investment and leasing opportunities.
* Conduct site visits and project presentations for prospective clients.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and channel partners.
* Follow up with leads and convert prospects into bookings.
* Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
* Maintain regular updates of leads, follow-ups and sales activities.
* Coordinate with the sales and marketing team for smooth deal closure.
* Stay updated on project offerings, pricing, payment plans and market trends.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
