Job Description – People & Culture Specialist

About the Role

Elcom Digital Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a People & Culture Specialist with strong experience in Talent Acquisition, preferably from the SaaS/IT industry. The primary responsibility will be managing end-to-end recruitment, along with supporting key People & Culture operations.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition – Primary Focus

- Manage end-to-end recruitment across Sales, Technology, Corporate, and other functions.
- Understand manpower requirements and coordinate with hiring managers.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, consultants, and other channels.
- Screen, shortlist, and coordinate interviews.
- Manage salary discussions, negotiations, offer roll-outs, and offer-to-joining conversion.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future requirements.
- Track recruitment metrics such as Hiring TAT, Time to Hire, and Offer-to-Joining Ratio.
- Manage recruitment consultants and external hiring partners.
- Support employer branding and recruitment initiatives.

People & Culture Operations – Secondary Focus

- Support employee onboarding, induction, and exit processes.




- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Support attendance, leave, payroll inputs, and HRMS-related activities.
- Assist with performance appraisal and employee engagement activities.
- Handle routine employee queries and support HR policy implementation.
- Prepare basic HR MIS and reports as required.

Requirements

- 4–5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment.
- SaaS, IT, Technology, or high-growth company experience preferred.
- Strong sourcing, screening, negotiation, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple positions and priorities simultaneously.
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, HRMS/ATS, and recruitment tools will be an advantage.
- Strong ownership, follow-up, and execution skills.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
