Candidate Requirements Minimum 7+ years of relevant experience in Travel, Car Rental, Fleet Management or Transportation Operations. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong leadership and team management skills. Valuable client handling and problem-solving abilities.

Key Result Areas (KRA) & Responsibilities

1. Manage daily transportation operations smoothly. 2. Ensure all bookings are assigned on time. 3. Monitor driver reporting and punctuality. 4. Ensure proper vehicle allocation as per client requirements. 5. Take daily follow-up with drivers and Operations Executives. 6. Monitor vehicle movement through GPS. 7. Ensure timely pickup and drop of guests. 8. Handle client complaints and operational escalations. 9. Maintain good coordination with clients, hotels and drivers. 10. Ensure drivers maintain proper grooming and professional behaviour. 11. Monitor vehicle cleanliness and readiness for duty. 12.



Coordinate with the Maintenance Department for vehicle repairs and servicing. 13. Ensure proper completion and collection of duty slips. 14. Verify KM, timing, parking, MCD, FASTAG, state tax and other expenses. 15. Prepare and maintain daily operational MIS. 16. Monitor completed, pending and cancelled bookings. 17. Maintain proper records of complaints and resolutions. 18. Allocate daily work to the Operations Team. 19. Monitor the performance of Operations Executives. 20. Train the team on operational processes and client requirements. 21. Ensure proper shift handover and communication. 22. Ensure minimum vehicle downtime and maximum fleet utilization. 23. Ensure all client requirements are properly communicated to the concerned team

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
