Hiring Tele Marketing & Lead Generation Executive for Digital Marketing Agency

Pink Shadow Media & Entertainment Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a dynamic Lead Generation Executive to drive both domestic and international client acquisition for our digital marketing and web solutions services.

Job Location: Bardhaman (On-site)

Key Responsibilities:

* Identify and generate leads through online research and databases

* Execute cold calling, cold emailing, and outreach campaigns

* Bid on platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, PeoplePerHour

* Understand client requirements and prepare initial communication

* Schedule meetings for the Business Development team

* Maintain lead pipeline and follow-ups

* Support international lead generation initiatives

Required Skills:

* Strong communication skills (English is mandatory)

* Basic understanding of digital marketing & web services

* Knowledge of freelancing platforms and bidding

* Proactive, target-driven mindset

Experience: 1–3 years preferred (Freshers with strong communication can apply)

Salary: INR 12,000 to 25,000 per month + Incentive

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
