Accounts Executive

Roles & Responsibilities:

* Handle day-to-day accounting activities including accounts payable, accounts receivable, voucher entries, and journal postings.

* Maintain accurate books of accounts and ensure proper documentation of financial transactions.

* Perform bank reconciliations and monitor daily cash/bank balances.

* Prepare and verify Trial Balance, ledger scrutiny, and support month-end closing activities.

* Ensure timely GST and TDS entries, reconciliation, and basic statutory compliance.

* Manage vendor payments, invoice verification, and client account reconciliation.

* Maintain petty cash records and support end-to-end accounting processes.

* Coordinate with internal departments for billing, payment follow-ups, and accounting documentation.





* Assist senior management in preparing basic MIS reports and financial statements.

Requirements:

* Valuable knowledge of Tally Prime, MS Excel, GST, and TDS.

* Understanding of end-to-end accounting processes and bank reconciliation.

* Ability to verify Trial Balance and maintain accurate accounting records.

* Detail-oriented with good analytical and communication skills.

* Candidates from Chennai will be preferred.
