International Business Development Executive (Lead Generation)

Job Responsibilities

- Generate international B2B leads through LinkedIn and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Identify potential clients, distributors, dealers and business partners globally.
- Connect with international decision-makers and initiate business conversations.
- Handle LinkedIn, Email and WhatsApp outreach and regular follow-ups.
- Schedule and coordinate international client meetings.
- Maintain lead database and track follow-ups.
- Support the sales team in converting qualified leads into business opportunities.
- Conduct basic international market and competitor research.

Requirements





- 1–4 years of experience in International Business Development, Lead Generation, International Sales or B2B Sales.
- Excellent spoken and written English communication.
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn / LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proactive, confident and target-oriented.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
