- Define and drive the overall merchandising strategy to ensure market relevance and business profitability
- Estimate demand and plan jewellery product orders
- Analyze sales data, customer reactions, and market trends to forecast product needs
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Jewellery Design Diploma, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience in merchandising (jewellery sector preferred).
- Strong commercial awareness and ability to work under pressure.
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and decision-making skills.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
