Job Summary

Shiksha is looking for an experienced and hands-on HR Manager to manage end-to-end HR operations across our Head Office and multiple project locations.

The ideal candidate should have solid experience in recruitment, employee management, performance monitoring, HR compliance and multi-location manpower management.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment and ensure timely closure of vacancies.
- Handle onboarding, appointment letters, employee documentation and exits.
- Monitor attendance, leave, absenteeism and employee discipline.
- Coordinate monthly payroll inputs with the Accounts team.
- Develop and monitor employee KPIs/KRAs and performance reviews.
- Handle employee grievances, warnings, show-cause notices and disciplinary matters.
- Maintain project/location-wise manpower deployment and vacancy status.
- Ensure HR documentation and applicable statutory compliances including PF/ESIC.
- Develop and implement HR policies and SOPs.
- Maintain complete and updated employee records.
- Prepare weekly and monthly HR MIS for Management.




- Coordinate with Project Heads and Centre Heads for manpower and HR requirements.

Candidate Requirements

- MBA/PGDM in HR preferred.
- 5–10 years of relevant HR experience.
- Strong recruitment and employee-management experience.
- Experience managing employees across multiple locations preferred.
- Good knowledge of HR compliance and documentation.
- Strong communication, drafting, Excel and MIS skills.
- Ability to independently handle HR operations with minimum supervision.
- Experience in Education, Skill Development, NGO, Training or Government Projects will be preferred.

The candidate should be capable of taking ownership of recruitment, manpower deployment, employee performance, discipline and HR systems across the organisation.

Salary: Commensurate with experience and capability.

Work Location: Patna, Bihar

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
