Technical Support Executive

About the Role

We are looking for a Technical Support Executive to provide technical assistance to customers, troubleshoot device and software-related issues, and ensure quick and effective resolution of customer queries.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide technical support through calls, WhatsApp, email and other channels.
- Assist customers with installation, activation, configuration and usage of GPS trackers, dashcams and related devices.
- Troubleshoot issues related to GPS devices, SIM/network connectivity, mobile apps and web platforms.
- Guide customers on using the mobile app and tracking dashboard.
- Coordinate with technical, operations and service teams for issue resolution.
- Maintain records of customer queries, complaints, replacements and resolutions.
- Test and check devices before dispatch and after returns.
- Educate customers about product features and basic troubleshooting.




- Ensure customer satisfaction through proper follow-up.

Requirements

- Graduate/Diploma in Computer Science, IT, Electronics or related field preferred.
- 1–3 years of experience in technical support, customer support, electronics, GPS/IoT or related fields.
- Freshers with valuable technical knowledge can also be considered.
- Basic understanding of Android apps, web applications, GPS, SIM/network and electronic devices.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable communicating through phone and WhatsApp.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office / Google Workspace.
- Customer-focused approach and willingness to learn.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
