Job Title: HR Executive

Reporting To: VP HR

Location: Chotuppal Hyderabad

Roles & Responsibilities

- Manpower Management
- Coordinate with Production Manager for manpower deployment updates.
- Prepare and share manpower deployment reports.
- Employee Onboarding & Records
- Register new workers in the biometric system.
- Maintain and update employee database regularly.
- Ensure HR registers and statutory records are up to date.
- Operations & Coordination
- Liaise with departments to recommend and process overtime (OT) approvals.
- Follow up with candidates and schedule interviews.
- Update GPA (Group Personal Accident) and GMP (Group Medical Policy) records.
- Documentation & Compliance
- Maintain HR data, documentation, and filing systems.
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and company policies.
- Administration Support




- Assist in general administrative activities as required.

Key Skills & Competencies

- Strong organizational and documentation skills.
- Ability to coordinate across multiple departments.
- Knowledge of statutory HR requirements and compliance.
- Proficiency in HR systems and databases.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

- MBA in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2–7 years of experience in HR operations (manufacturing/production industry preferred).
- Familiarity with biometric systems and HR software is an advantage.

Pay: ₹190,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
