About the Internship

JSRY Properties is looking for enthusiastic and confident Business Development Interns to join our Sales & Marketing team.

This internship is a great opportunity for freshers and experienced who want to gain practical experience in sales, customer communication, lead generation, and business development.

Key Responsibilities

- Connect with prospective customers and understand their requirements.
- Introduce the company's products and services to potential customers.
- Identify and qualify potential business leads.
- Build and maintain relationships with prospective customers.
- Follow up with interested customers through calls and WhatsApp.
- Coordinate and schedule customer appointments.




- Maintain customer and lead information using Excel/Google Sheets.
- Work closely with the team to support business development activities.
- Assist with customer engagement and basic marketing activities.
- Maintain regular follow-ups and update lead status.
- Achieve assigned daily/weekly business development targets.

Skills Required

- Good verbal communication skills.
- Basic English is an added advantage.
- Confident and comfortable speaking over the phone.
- Positive listening and convincing skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to handle customer questions and rejection professionally.
- Experienced and Freshers are welcome.
