Job Details

BHIVE is seeking a talented Architect with 4-6 years of experience to create functional, innovative, and engaging co-working spaces. You will lead design projects,
blending architectural expertise with interior design to deliver spaces that foster collaboration, productivity, and community.

Responsibilities:

- Lead the design and space planning of coworking environments, focusing on flexibility, functionality, and aesthetics.

- Manage projects from concept to completion, coordinatingwith contractors, engineers, and internal teams.

- Develop architectural and interior design drawings, construction documents, and ensure compliance with regulations.

- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and align designs with BHIVE’s brand.

- Integrate sustainable practices and the latest design trends into projects.

- Conduct site visits to ensure design quality and timely construction.

- Prepare layouts as per client requirement & BHIVE Standards

- Work closely with account managers on providing layouts as requested.

- Collaborate with QS & Procurement for Additional Costing to Client

- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and solution details.
