Assistant Professor – Pharmacy

Job Summary:
The Assistant Professor will be responsible for delivering quality teaching, conducting practical sessions, mentoring students, supporting research activities, and contributing to the academic and administrative development of the Pharmacy Department.

CTC:- Negotiable

Experience :- 5-10 Years

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver lectures, tutorials, practical sessions, and seminars as per the prescribed curriculum.
- Prepare lesson plans, presentations, study materials, assignments, and question papers.
- Conduct laboratory practicals and ensure proper academic and laboratory procedures.
- Evaluate student performance through assignments, internal assessments, practicals, and examinations.
- Guide students in academic projects, internships, seminars, and other qualified activities.
- Maintain student attendance, academic records, and departmental documentation.
- Participate in examinations, paper evaluation, curriculum activities, workshops, seminars, and faculty development programmes.
- Contribute to research activities, research papers, conferences,



and departmental projects.
- Assist in accreditation, inspection, and quality-assurance activities.
- Support student placement, industry interaction, and professional development initiatives.
- Perform other academic and administrative duties assigned by the Head of Department/College Management.

Required Qualification & Experience

- M.Pharm / Pharm.D / relevant Pharmacy qualification from a recognized institution, as applicable to the position and subject.
- Ph.D. in Pharmacy / relevant discipline, where required under applicable PCI/UGC/university norms.
- Relevant teaching/academic experience, where applicable.
- Knowledge of PCI/UGC regulations and academic procedures.
- Strong communication, presentation, classroom-management, and student-mentoring skills.
- Basic proficiency in MS Office and academic documentation.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
