Professional & Technical Skills:

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Service Cloud.
- Good To Have Skills: Scrum.
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce Service Cloud architecture and customization capabilities.
- Experience in designing scalable and maintainable software solutions within Salesforce environments.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide effective resolutions.
- Familiarity with integration techniques and tools relevant to Salesforce Service Cloud.
- Skilled in guiding teams through agile development methodologies and best practices.

Additional Information:
