REAL ESTATE SALES MANAGER

- Lead, supervise, and motivate the real estate sales team.
- Set and achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Generate new property leads through various channels.
- Follow up with prospective clients and convert leads into sales.
- Conduct client meetings, property presentations, and site visits.
- Handle negotiations, bookings, and closing of property deals.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Monitor individual and team sales performance.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
- Coordinate with the marketing team for lead generation and campaigns.
- Coordinate with accounts and project teams for smooth booking and documentation.
- Train new sales executives and improve team performance.
- Monitor competitors, market trends, and property demand.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration,



Marketing, or a related field.
- 2–3years of experience in real estate sales or a similar sales-management role.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Robust leadership and team-management abilities.
- Good knowledge of the Kochi real estate market will be an advantage.
- Ability to work under targets and deadlines.
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic CRM tools.

Salary & Benefits

- Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month, depending on experience.
- 20% sales incentives/commission based on performance.
