Job Role:
We are looking for a motivated and target-oriented Sales Executive to engage with prospective customers, conduct property visits, and drive sales.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct property/site visits with prospective clients.
- Explain property details, pricing, payment plans, and other relevant information.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Negotiate with customers and assist in closing deals.
- Achieve assigned monthly sales targets.




- Maintain regular follow-ups and update sales records.

Requirements:

- Graduate in any discipline.
- Prior experience in sales is preferred.
- Freshers with positive communication and sales skills can also apply.
- Good communication, negotiation, and convincing skills.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Willingness to travel for site visits.

Salary:
Salary will be based on the candidate's experience, skills, and interview performance, with incentives based on sales performance.

Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month
