Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Business Development Manager with strong experience in PEB (Pre-Engineered Buildings) / Structural Steel sales. The candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing client relationships, generating leads, and successfully closing projects.

Key Responsibilities:

* Identify and develop current business opportunities in PEB and structural steel projects.

* Generate leads through market research, networking, client visits, and referrals.

* Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, contractors, consultants, and project stakeholders.

* Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal teams to prepare suitable solutions and quotations.

* Follow up on leads, negotiate with clients, and close sales effectively.

* Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.





* Monitor market trends, competitors, and potential project opportunities.

* Maintain regular sales reports and update management on business development activities.

Requirements:

* Minimum 5 years of experience in Business Development / B2B Sales.

* Proven experience in PEB / Structural Steel sales is preferred.

* Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

* Fluency in Malayalam, English, Tamil & Hindi is mandatory.

* Strong networking and client relationship-building abilities.

* Target-oriented, self-motivated, and willing to travel for client meetings.

Pay: ₹52,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
