WE ARE HIRING – SCHOOL MARKETING EXECUTIVE

Birla Open Minds International School, Sambalpur is looking for an enthusiastic and result-oriented School Marketing Executive to join our team.

Position

School Marketing Executive / Admission Counsellor

Location: Sambalpur, Odisha
Experience: 1–3 years preferred
Qualification: Graduate in any discipline
Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹25,000 per month + Incentives (depending on experience and performance)

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute marketing strategies for school admissions and brand promotion
- Generate admission enquiries through field visits, events, campaigns and local outreach
- Visit schools, residential areas, corporates, institutions and community organizations for promotion
- Build relationships with parents, students, educational institutions and local communities
- Handle admission enquiries and coordinate with the counselling/admission team
- Conduct and coordinate school promotional activities, seminars, exhibitions and events
- Promote the school through WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram and other digital platforms
- Follow up with prospective parents and convert enquiries into admissions
- Maintain enquiry databases, daily reports and admission follow-up records




- Identify new opportunities for increasing the school's visibility and student enrolment

Candidate Profile

We are looking for someone who is:

- Excellent in communication and interpersonal skills
- Confident, energetic and presentable
- Good at convincing and interacting with parents
- Comfortable with field marketing and travelling
- Target-oriented and capable of working independently
- Familiar with social media and basic digital marketing
- Experience in school marketing, education, sales, real estate, banking, FMCG or similar fields will be an advantage
