Key Responsibilities:

- Assess and monitor patients? health status and vital signs
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Provide wound care and assist with medical procedures
- Educate patients and their families about health management and treatment plans
- Assist in the development and implementation of patient care plans
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare staff to ensure quality care




- Follow infection control protocols and maintain a safe patient environment

Skills and Tools Required:

- Registered Nurse (RN) license with a valid state accreditation
- Proficiency in basic and advanced nursing skills
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology and patient care procedures
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a high-stress environment
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and patient management software
- Compassionate and empathetic attitude towards patient care

Preferred Qualifications:

- Bachelor?s degree in Nursing (BSN) or equivalent
- Previous nursing experience in a hospital setting
- Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) may be required
