Job Description

We are looking for a PHP & Python Developer with 3+ years of hands-on experience in developing and maintaining web-based applications, backend systems and APIs. The candidate should be comfortable working across both PHP and Python environments and have strong database, integration and data-processing experience.

Skills & Technology

PHP: Core PHP

Python: Python, FastAPI, Flask, NumPy, Pandas, REST API development, API integration, data processing, automation/scripting, asynchronous programming, exception handling, logging and debugging

Database: MySQL, PostgreSQL and other relational databases; database design, SQL, query optimisation, ORM and database integration

Frontend: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, AJAX, Bootstrap

APIs & Integrations: REST APIs, JSON, Webhooks, SMTP/Email APIs, Third-Party API Integration, Biometric/Attendance Integration, SMS/WhatsApp APIs

Development Tools: Git, GitHub/GitLab, Postman, VS Code

Infrastructure: Linux, Apache/Nginx, Docker, AWS/Cloud, Cron Jobs

Key Requirements





● Strong hands-on experience in PHP and Python

● Strong knowledge of Core PHP and Python development

● Experience with FastAPI and Flask

● Good understanding of NumPy and Pandas for data processing and manipulation

● Experience building and integrating REST APIs

● Positive understanding of backend architecture and application development

● Strong database and SQL knowledge

● Experience with ORMs and database integration

● Experience with automation, scripting and scheduled processes

● Experience with third-party system and API integrations

● Good understanding of authentication, security and role-based access

● Strong debugging, problem-solving and analytical skills

● Ability to work with existing codebases as well as develop new applications

● Ability to independently understand requirements and deliver solutions

● Good understanding of Git and software development best practices
