Job Summary

We are looking for motivated and enthusiastic Field Sales Executives to join our sales team in Mumbai.

The role involves visiting customers, generating leads, explaining products and services, following up with potential customers, and achieving sales targets.

Freshers are welcome to apply. Candidates with good communication skills and a willingness to work in the field are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

- Visit customers and potential clients in the assigned area.
- Generate new leads through field visits and local market activities.
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions.
- Explain products/services, pricing, features, and benefits to customers.
- Follow up with leads and convert prospects into customers.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
- Achieve monthly sales targets.
- Maintain daily records of customer visits and sales activities.




- Coordinate with the internal team for customer requirements and order processing.
- Travel within Mumbai as required.

Requirements

- 10th / 12th Pass or above.
- Freshers can apply.
- 0–3 years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident and customer-friendly personality.
- Basic convincing and negotiation skills.
- Comfortable with field work and regular customer visits.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence will be an advantage.

Salary

- Fresher: ₹15,000 – ₹18,000 per month
- Experienced: ₹20,000 – ₹23,000 per month
