- Analyze and document data flows, data mappings, systems, and data elements across multiple data stores and platforms.
- Reverse engineer legacy systems and implementations and prepare detailed transformation specifications for data migration.
- Define data mapping and transformation rules for migrating data from legacy platforms to modernized platforms.
- Drive Data Stewardship, Data Governance, and Data Quality standards across systems and teams.
- Design and analyze data models, data flows, data lineage, and data transformations for efficient data processing.
- Perform detailed data profiling, including fill-rate analysis, attribute comparisons, integrity, consistency, and accuracy checks.
- Build or leverage tools to perform macro- and micro-level data comparisons and identify migration gaps and anomalies.
- Work extensively with SQL and GCP data stores, particularly BigQuery and Bigtable, for data analysis and validation.

- Work in an Agile environment, using tools such as JIRA and Confluence, while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
