About Us

Simon Jewellery Exports & Manufacturing Private Limited is a growing business based in Thrissur, Kerala. We specialize in gold/silver jewelry manufacturing, wholesale, and export operations. We are seeking an experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) with expertise in corporate banking, fund management, and strategic financial control to lead our financial growth.

Key Responsibilities

Banking & Treasury Management: Manage primary banking relationships, corporate credit facilities (Cash Credit/Overdraft), fund mobilization, and working capital limits.

Financial Strategy & Capital Structuring: Lead long-term financial modeling, valuations (DCF/IRR), capital allocation, and expansion project financing.

Cash Flow & Liquidity Control: Oversee daily cash flow, expenditure monitoring, and treasury operations across manufacturing, retail, and export channels.

Compliance & Financial Governance: Ensure full compliance with statutory accounting, GST, TDS, corporate taxation, and regulatory reporting requirements.

Financial Reporting & Executive Decision-Making: Deliver accurate monthly/quarterly MIS reports,



financial forecasts, and strategic risk analyses to the Managing Director and Board.

Stakeholder & Advisory Coordination: Maintain strong relationships with external auditors, corporate bankers, logistics partners, and tax authorities.

Required Qualifications & Experience

Education: Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA), MBA in Finance, or equivalent professional accounting designation (CMA / CPA / CFA).

Banking Experience: Prior experience in corporate/commercial banking, credit risk assessment, or handling large corporate banking relationships is strongly preferred.

Leadership Track Record: Minimum 8–10+ years of progressive finance leadership experience, ideally within manufacturing, retail, or export sectors.

Technical Expertise: Deep knowledge of GST/TDS regulations, corporate tax laws, inventory accounting, working capital management, and financial software platforms.

Location: Based in or willing to relocate to Thrissur, Kerala.
