Job Title: Wealth Operations ExecutiveJob Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Wealth Operations Executive to manage and support operational activities related to Wealth Management products and services. The ideal candidate should have a robust understanding of Mutual Funds, Alternative Investment Funds (AIF), Portfolio Management Services (PMS), Brokerage Verification, MIS, and Revenue Reconciliation.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end Wealth Operations activities and ensure smooth processing of transactions.
- Manage operational activities related to Mutual Funds, including transaction processing, documentation, reconciliation, and reporting.
- Handle and support processes related to Alternative Investment Funds (AIF).
- Manage operational activities and documentation related to Portfolio Management Services (PMS).
- Conduct Brokerage Verification, reconciliation, and validation of brokerage-related transactions.
- Perform Revenue Reconciliation and ensure accuracy of revenue, brokerage, and transaction-related records.
- Prepare and maintain MIS reports for management review and decision-making.
- Reconcile financial and operational data and identify discrepancies for timely resolution.
- Coordinate with internal teams, financial institutions, brokers,



and other stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate records, reports, and supporting documentation.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, processes, and applicable regulatory requirements.
- Ensure timely and accurate completion of all operational activities.

Preferred Qualifications

- Strong understanding of financial reconciliation and operational reporting.
- Good analytical, communication, and stakeholder coordination skills.
