Job Title: HR Manager

Overview:
The HR Manager serves as the key point of contact for all employee-related matters and plays a strategic role in shaping the company’s people practices. This position involves overseeing core HR functions such as recruitment, performance management, employee relations, training and development, and talent management to support the organization’s growth and culture.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with overall business goals.
- Foster strong relationships between management and employees by effectively addressing concerns, grievances, and other HR issues.
- Lead the end-to-end recruitment and selection process to attract and retain top talent.
- Support organizational development by enhancing employee engagement, motivation, and retention.
- Design, monitor, and improve HR systems, policies, and processes across the organization.
- Cultivate a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
- Oversee a robust performance management system that drives excellence and accountability.
- Manage compensation, payroll, and benefits programs to ensure competitiveness and fairness.
- Identify training needs, develop learning initiatives, and monitor their effectiveness.




- Provide management with data-driven insights and decision support through HR metrics and analytics.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and HR best practices at all times.

Qualifications & Skills:

- Proven experience as an HR Manager or in a senior HR role.
- Robust people orientation with a results-driven approach.
- Demonstrated ability to design and track HR performance metrics.
- Proficient in HR systems, tools, and databases.
- Strategic thinker with strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
- Strong interpersonal skills to build trust and collaboration across all levels.
- In-depth understanding of labor laws and modern HR practices.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

- Tiruppur, Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
