Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and target-oriented Senior Tele Sales Executive to join our team in Chevayoor, Calicut. The ideal candidate should have strong sales skills, excellent English communication, and experience in handling customers and converting leads into sales.

Candidates with hospitality industry experience will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
- Generate and follow up on sales leads.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products/services.
- Convert leads into confirmed sales and achieve assigned targets.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective and existing customers.
- Build strong customer relationships and ensure a positive customer experience.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and conversions.




- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth customer handling and service delivery.
- Prepare regular sales and follow-up reports.
- Consistently achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.

Requirements

- Fluent English communication is mandatory.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant sales / tele sales experience.
- Strong convincing, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets.
- Good knowledge of lead generation and follow-up techniques.
- Hospitality industry experience is preferred.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Self-motivated, confident, and target-oriented.
- Basic computer and MS Office knowledge.
