About the Role

ADA Tech Solution is looking for an enthusiastic and motivated HR Intern to support our HR team in day-to-day HR operations and recruitment activities. This internship will provide practical exposure to recruitment, employee engagement, onboarding, attendance, HR documentation, and other core HR functions in a BPO environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist the HR team in end-to-end recruitment activities.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate calls.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and interviewers.
- Maintain and update candidate and employee records.
- Assist with joining formalities and onboarding documentation.
- Support attendance and employee data management.
- Assist in preparing HR reports and maintaining HR trackers.
- Coordinate with employees regarding HR-related queries.
- Support employee engagement activities and internal HR initiatives.
- Assist with exit formalities and documentation.
- Perform other HR-related administrative tasks as assigned.





Required Skills & Qualifications

- Pursuing or completed MBA/PGDM in Human Resources, BBA, B.Com, or any relevant discipline.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
- Valuable interpersonal and coordination skills.
- Willingness to learn and take responsibility.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced BPO environment.
- Freshers and candidates looking for practical HR exposure are welcome.
