About the Role

We are looking for an energetic and creative Digital Marketing & Sales Executive to help grow our online presence, generate customer inquiries, and convert leads into sales.

Key Responsibilities

Digital Marketing

- Manage Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp and other social media platforms.
- Create and post attractive Reels, Posts, Stories and Product Content.
- Plan monthly social media content and campaigns.
- Handle Meta/Facebook & Instagram advertising campaigns.
- Generate leads through digital marketing.
- Track campaign performance and improve results.
- Coordinate product photography, videos and promotional content.

Sales

- Follow up with leads received through WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook and other channels.
- Communicate with wholesalers, retailers, decorators and potential customers.
- Explain products, pricing, MOQ and offers to customers.
- Convert inquiries into orders.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with existing customers.
- Develop new customer and dealer relationships.

Requirements





- 1–3 years of experience in Digital Marketing / Sales preferred.
- Good communication skills in Gujarati, Hindi and English.
- Knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp Business and Meta Ads.
- Basic knowledge of Canva and video/reel editing is a plus.
- Good sales and negotiation skills.
- Creative mindset and willingness to learn.
- Freshers with strong communication and marketing skills can also apply.
