Key requirements:

- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in MICE, event management, exhibitions, conferences, or corporate events.
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets and generate consistent revenue.
- Ability to independently handle complete event lifecycle from client acquisition to event closure.

Role:

- Generate new business opportunities and acquire corporate clients for conferences, exhibitions, dealer meets, product launches, annual meetings, reward & recognition programs and incentive events.
- Leverage existing client relationships to bring immediate business opportunities.
- Prepare proposals, presentations, budgets, and commercial negotiations.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
- Client Management
- Maintain and grow relationships with existing and recent clients.
- Understand client objectives and provide customized event solutions.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and business reviews.
- End-to-End Event Management
- Handle complete event execution from briefing to post-event closure.

NOTE: We are required corporate event sales experience.

Experience in Wedding, birthday etc.are not eligible

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,150,000.00 per year
