JOB DESCRIPTION – TELECALLER

Position: Telecaller – PG Living
Department: Sales & Marketing
Reporting To: PG Head / Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities

- Call potential customers and respond to PG enquiries.
- Explain room types, rent, facilities, offers, and availability.
- Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable PG options.
- Follow up with leads regularly.
- Schedule and coordinate property visits.
- Convert enquiries and visits into PG bookings.
- Maintain daily lead and calling records.
- Update lead status and follow-up details.
- Coordinate with the Front Office/PG team for customer visits and bookings.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling and booking targets.
- Submit daily calling and performance reports.

Key Skills

- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Customer-friendly attitude.
- Basic knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets.
- Good follow-up and sales skills.
- Telugu/Hindi/English communication preferred.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
