Job Description – HR Retention Executive

Location: Kazhakuttom, Attingal
Employment Type: Full-Time

Job Summary:
Responsible for engaging with doorstep car wash workers, understanding and resolving their concerns, and implementing measures to reduce worker attrition and improve retention.

Key Responsibilities:

- Regularly call and interact with workers to understand their issues.
- Identify reasons for attrition, absenteeism, and inactivity.
- Resolve worker concerns in coordination with relevant departments.
- Follow up with inactive and at-risk workers to retain/reactivate them.
- Conduct exit calls to understand reasons for leaving.
- Maintain worker grievance and retention records.
- Prepare daily/weekly retention and attrition reports.
- Suggest improvements to reduce recurring worker issues.

Requirements:





- Graduate with 1–3 years of HR/employee engagement experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent Hindi and Malayalam are mandatory; English is required.
- Strong follow-up, counselling, and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable handling regular phone interactions.

SALARY: 12000 TO 18000

Primary KPI: Reduce worker attrition and improve active worker retention.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
