HR Executive – Plant HR

Experience: 3–5+ Years
Qualification: MBA / MSW / PGDM / BBA – HR
Location: Vatva GIDC, Ahmedabad

Key Responsibilities

- Handle day-to-day HR activities and employee coordination at the plant.
- Coordinate with Managers, Supervisors and Workers for manpower and HR-related matters.
- Monitor worker attendance, absenteeism, late coming and availability.
- Coordinate with departments to ensure required manpower is available.
- Handle employee and worker queries, grievances and discipline issues.
- Coordinate with the Safety Department regarding safety-related employee issues and compliance.
- Manage recruitment, joining, induction and deployment of employees/workers.
- Handle contract labour and contractor coordination.
- Coordinate attendance, leave,



OT and required payroll inputs.
- Support PF, ESIC, labour law and factory compliance.
- Maintain employee records, HR reports, MIS and ISO-related HR documentation.
- Coordinate employee training, engagement and welfare activities.
- Handle day-to-day HR issues and ensure timely resolution.

Preferred: Candidates with hands-on experience in Manufacturing / Factory / Plant HR and positive knowledge of worker handling and labour compliance.
