Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound and outbound sales calls with prospective clients.
- Generate and manage leads through calling and follow-up activities.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable services.
- Deliver effective sales pitches and handle customer queries professionally.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective and existing clients.
- Update lead status and customer information in the CRM.
- Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Negotiate and close sales opportunities effectively.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth customer onboarding.
- Prepare and maintain daily sales activity reports.

Key Skills Required

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong convincing and negotiation abilities.




- Good customer-handling skills.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.
- Good knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
- Ability to handle multiple leads and follow-ups.
- Prior experience in Tele-Sales, Inside Sales, BDE, or Business Development will be preferred.
