Senior Sales Executive – Real Estate

Location: Pimpri-Chinchwad, PuneExperience: 1-3 YearsEmployment: Full time

Responsibilities:

- Handle and qualify property leads.
- Make calls, follow-ups and schedule site visits.
- Conduct site visits and explain projects, pricing & offers.
- Negotiate and convert leads into bookings.
- Maintain CRM and daily sales reports.
- Achieve monthly site visit and booking targets.
- Build strong customer and developer relationships.

Requirements:

- Real estate sales experience preferred.
- Excellent communication & negotiation skills.
- Good knowledge of PCMC real estate market.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Marathi, Hindi & English preferred.
- Two-wheeler preferred.

Salary: ₹20,000–₹30,000 + attractive performance incentives.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
