- Plan, monitor and execute daily production activities as per production schedules and dispatch requirements.
- Ensure achievement of daily, weekly and monthly production targets.
- Monitor wire mesh manufacturing processes, machine performance and production output.
- Allocate manpower and machines effectively to achieve optimum productivity.
- Supervise operators and production workers and ensure proper utilisation of manpower.
- Monitor machine downtime, production losses, rejection and rework, and take corrective actions.
- Ensure production is carried out as per approved specifications, work instructions and quality standards.
- Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, Stores, Purchase and Planning teams for smooth production flow.
- Ensure availability of raw materials, tools,



consumables and other production requirements.
- Identify production bottlenecks and implement solutions to improve productivity and reduce cycle time.
- Monitor material consumption and minimise wastage and production losses.
- Maintain daily production reports, machine utilisation, downtime and manpower records.
- Ensure proper housekeeping and implementation of 5S on the shop floor.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
