Leadership Development Trainer

Location: Bangalore, Karnataka
Engagement Type: Freelance / Per-session

We are looking for an experienced Leadership Development Trainer / Executive Coach to conduct 3 interactive training sessions, with each session lasting 2 hours, as part of an Industry Readiness Program designed to help students develop leadership capabilities before entering the workforce.

The trainer will help students understand the fundamentals of leadership, develop ethical decision-making abilities, and build the confidence required to take responsibility and make effective decisions in skilled environments.

Training Approach

The sessions should be interactive, practical, and experience-driven, with a focus on helping students understand how leadership principles apply to real workplace situations rather than relying on theoretical lectures.

The trainer is expected to incorporate:

- Real-world leadership scenarios and case studies
- Leadership role plays and simulations
- Decision-making exercises
- Ethical dilemma discussions
- Group activities and problem-solving exercises
- Reflection and self-assessment activities
- Workplace-based leadership examples
- Constructive and actionable feedback
- Practical insights from corporate leadership experience

Candidate Requirements





- Proven experience in leadership development, executive coaching, corporate management, or professional development
- Prior experience training college students or young professionals is preferred
- Candidates with backgrounds as Executive Coaches, Leadership Coaches, Senior Managers, Business Leaders, or Corporate Trainers are preferred
- Strong understanding of leadership principles, ethical decision-making, accountability, and workplace leadership
- Experience conducting interactive and activity-based leadership training
- Ability to use real-world corporate situations and leadership challenges to engage students
- Strong facilitation, communication, mentoring, and feedback skills
- Ability to guide students through discussions, simulations, and leadership exercises
- Practical corporate management or leadership experience is highly desirable
- Must be based in or near Bangalore/Bengaluru and available for in-person training sessions

Pay: ₹1,000.00 - ₹2,000.00 per hour
