About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented HR Intern to support our HR team across recruitment, employee engagement, documentation, and day-to-day HR operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist with end-to-end recruitment and hiring activities.
- Source and screen candidates through job portals and LinkedIn.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain and update employee records and HR documentation.
- Assist with onboarding and joining formalities.
- Support attendance, leave, and HRMS-related activities.
- Assist in preparing HR reports, trackers, and MIS.
- Coordinate employee engagement activities and internal communications.
- Support HR policies, processes, and compliance-related documentation.




- Handle day-to-day HR administrative tasks as required.

Requirements

- Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and coordination abilities.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets.
- Proactive, responsible, and willing to learn.
- Prior internship experience in HR will be an advantage.
