Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and target-oriented Technical Recruiter to handle recruitment for skilled, semi-skilled, and technical manpower. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing and recruiting suitable candidates for positions such as Electricians, Plumbers, HVAC Technicians, MEP Technicians, Welders, Fabricators, Engineers, and other technical roles.

Key Responsibilities

Handle end-to-end recruitment for technical and skilled manpower requirements.
Source candidates through job portals, social media, databases, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
Recruit candidates for positions such as Electrician, Plumber, Welder, HVAC Technician, MEP Technician, Mechanical Technician, Civil Technician, Engineer, and other skilled trades.
Screen candidates based on experience, technical skills, qualifications, and job requirements.
Conduct initial telephonic interviews and candidate assessments.
Verify candidate experience, skills, availability, and relevant documents.
Coordinate interviews and trade tests with clients or hiring managers.
Maintain candidate databases and recruitment records.




Follow up with shortlisted candidates regarding interviews, selection, documentation, and joining.
Coordinate with clients and internal teams to understand manpower requirements.
Achieve recruitment targets and ensure timely closure of vacancies.
Maintain a robust database of skilled and technical candidates for future requirements.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree/Diploma in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in technical, skilled manpower, or overseas recruitment.
Good knowledge of technical and skilled trade positions.
Ability to understand job requirements and identify suitable candidates.
Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Experience with job portals and social media recruitment.
Strong follow-up and candidate coordination skills.
Ability to work under recruitment targets and deadlines.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
