Location: Salt Lake, Sector 5, Kolkata
Position: Chat Support Executive
Number of Positions: 1
Experience: Minimum 1 year in Chat Process
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹18,000 In-Hand
Work Mode: Work From Office
Working Hours: 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Weekly Off: Sunday Fixed

Job Responsibilities

- Handle customer queries and provide support through chat.
- Respond to customer concerns promptly and professionally.
- Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and queries.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Escalate unresolved issues to the concerned team when required.




- Follow company processes and maintain service quality standards.

Requirements

- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in a Chat Process.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Fluency in English, Hindi and Bengali – all 3 languages are mandatory.
- Positive typing speed and accuracy.
- Strong customer-handling and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle multiple customer conversations efficiently.
- Good interpersonal skills and a customer-focused approach.
- Immediate joiners preferred.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
