About the Role:
We are hiring an experienced Machine Operator to manage day-to-day operations, monitoring, and regular maintenance of our packaged mineral drinking water processing and packaging lines at our Ispur plant.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate and monitor the complete RO filtration system, including Sand/Carbon filters, Micron filters, UV sterilizers, and Ozone treatment setups.
Efficiently run automated/semi-automated packaging machinery: Bottle Rinsing, Filling, Capping, Batch Coding, and Labeling/Shrink wrapping.
Conduct regular quality checks on output water (TDS levels, pH values, clarity) and maintain the daily plant logbook.
Meet daily production targets while minimizing packaging material wastage (PET bottles/preforms, caps, labels, cartons).
Perform routine preventive maintenance, cleaning, lubrication, and basic troubleshooting of minor electrical/mechanical faults.
Maintain cleanroom hygiene, sanitization, and strict plant safety protocols.




Qualifications & Requirements:
Experience: 3 to 5 years of practical experience in a Packaged Drinking Water or Beverage manufacturing facility.
Education: ITI (Mechanical / Electrical / Fitter) or 10th/12th pass with proven machinery operation track record.
Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills and hands-on familiarity with filling line machinery and high-pressure pumps.
Candidates residing in/near Una, Ispur, or nearby regions preferred (or willing to relocate).
