AV Technologies is hiring an HR Intern to support recruitment and daily HR operations.

Responsibilities:

- Source candidates through LinkedIn and job portals

- Screen resumes and schedule interviews

- Maintain candidate and employee records

- Support onboarding, document collection, and induction

- Track attendance and assist with HR reports

- Help with incentive and payroll-input sheets under supervision

Requirements:

- Good communication skills

- Basic LinkedIn, Excel/Google Sheets, and email knowledge

- Organized, responsible, and willing to learn

- Consistent attendance and professional behavior required
