We blend deep industry expertise with AI-enabled strategies to power workforce transformations for forward-thinking companies.We are looking for a sharp and reliableFinance Executiveto manage day-to-day financial operations, ensure accounting precision, and support our company's strategic growth.What You’ll DoFinancial Operations:Oversee day-to-day accounting functions, including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), general ledger maintenance, and bank reconciliations.Invoicing & Billing:Manage client billing cycles, track outstanding payments, and coordinate with client account teams to ensure timely collections.Payroll & Vendor Management:Process monthly payroll, verify expense reports, and handle payments for external vendors and contract resources.Reporting & Analysis:Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, cash flow reports, and variance analysis for management.Compliance & Audit:Ensure strict adherence to tax regulations, statutory requirements,



and financial compliance standards; assist with internal and external audits.Process Automation:Leverage accounting software and modern finance tools to streamline financial workflows and reporting efficiency.What We’re Looking ForEligibility & Experience:Minimum criteria is the completion of mandatory CA Articleship training (2–3 years of practical exposure).Candidates who have discontinued the CA path after Articleship are encouraged to apply.Candidates with additional post-Articleship corporate finance or accounting experience are highly welcomed.Education:Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com), Finance, Accounting, or a related field.Technical Skills:Proficiency in financial accounting software (e.G., Tally, QuickBooks, Zoho Books, or ERP systems) and advanced MS Excel skills.Core Competencies:Solid grasp of accounting principles, tax compliance (GST, TDS, IT), and financial reporting.Attention to Detail:High level of accuracy in handling numerical data, financial reconciliation, and record-keeping.
