Job DescriptionWork location Kolkata --Virtual Drive NJob DescriptionnTata Consultancy Services (TCS) is seeking experienced Workday Payroll Functional Consultants to join its Workday practice. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Workday Payroll configuration, implementation, support, and enhancement projects, with a deep understanding of payroll business processes and stakeholder management. NKey Responsibilitiesn N Gather, analyze, and document payroll business requirements. N Configure and maintain Workday Payroll solutions based on business needs. N Lead and support Workday Payroll implementation, enhancement, and support projects. N Perform gap analysis and recommend Workday best practices. N Configure payroll earning and deduction codes, pay groups, payroll calendars, and payroll processing rules. N Support testing activities including SIT, UAT, regression testing, and payroll parallel runs. N Coordinate with HR, Finance, Benefits, Time Tracking, and Absence Management teams. N Manage payroll-related issues, troubleshoot defects, and provide production support. N Prepare functional specifications, training materials, and user documentation. NnRequired Skills Nn Hands-on experience in Workday Payroll Functional Consulting.



N Robust knowledge of: N Workday Payrolln Payroll Processing N Payroll Configuration N Earnings & Deductions N Payroll Tax Setupn Payroll Reporting N Period-End Payroll Activities N Experience in Workday implementation, rollout, support, or transformation projects. N Knowledge of Workday HCM, Compensation, Benefits, Absence, and Time Tracking integrations. N Experience in requirement gathering, configuration, testing, and deployment activities. N Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. NnPreferred Skills Nn Workday Payroll Certification. N Exposure to multi-country payroll implementations. N Experience with WorkdayReporting, EIB, and integrations. N Knowledge of Workday Studio and Payroll Interfaces. NnEligibility Criteria Nn Overall experience: 6-10 Years N Relevant experience in Workday Payroll. N At least one end-to-endWorkday implementation or support project. N Excellent client-facingand communication skills. N Willingness to work across TCS locations as per business requirements.
